Content blocks (Thank you and Order status pages)

OneBlocks adds content blocks to the checkout editor. To add one:

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. For the Thank you page: select the Thank you page in the editor.
  4. For the Order status page: open the customer accounts editor from the same Settings > Checkout screen, then edit the Order status page.
  5. Click Add app block, then pick a OneBlocks block — Text, Image, Button, Trust badges, or Social links (Order status page blocks are labeled “… (Order status)” in the picker).
  6. Configure the block's content and style in the sidebar.
  7. Click Save.

The Free plan includes the Text and Image blocks on the Thank you page only. Every block on the Order status page, and Button, Trust badges, and Social links on either page, require Pro.

Payment rules (Pro)

Payment rules hide, rename, or reorder payment methods at checkout based on cart total, shipping country, or customer tag.

  1. Open the OneBlocks app and go to Payment rules.
  2. Click Add rule.
  3. Choose to hide, rename, or reorder a payment method, and set the conditions (cart total, shipping country, or customer tag).
  4. Click Save rules.

Two things worth knowing: the card gateway's matchable name is the gateway's own name (for example “Shopify Payments”), not the “Credit card” heading buyers see at checkout — and Shopify's checkout always keeps the card section first, so reordering only changes the order of manual and alternative payment methods.

Post-purchase survey (Pro)

The survey asks buyers one question on the Thank you page.

  1. In the checkout editor (Settings > Checkout > Customize > Thank you page), click Add app block and choose “OneBlocks — Survey”.
  2. Set your question and answer options in the sidebar, then click Save.

Answers are stored as an app-owned metafield on the order, inside your own Shopify store — not on our servers. See results under the OneBlocks app's Survey page, which shows responses from the last 60 days.

Plans

Free includes the Text and Image blocks on the Thank you page. Pro ($12.99/month flat, no order limits) unlocks every block, the Order status page, payment rules, and the survey. Upgrade or downgrade any time from inside the app — self-serve, no need to contact us.
