Who we are

OneBlocks is a Shopify app that lets merchants customize their Thank you and Order status pages, run a post-purchase survey, and manage payment-method rules.

Data we process

• Store information: your shop domain and an API access token, required to operate the app inside your Shopify admin.
• Survey responses: when a customer answers the optional post-purchase survey, the answer is stored as a metafield on the order — inside your own Shopify store, not on our servers.
• Configuration: your block and rule settings, stored in your store as app-owned metafields and metaobjects.

We do not request or process customer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses. We process the minimum personal data required to provide the app's functionality, and we use it only for that purpose.

Where data lives

App data lives in your Shopify store. Our infrastructure (Cloudflare) stores only the session tokens needed to authenticate your store, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS).

Retention and deletion

Survey responses and settings live in your store and follow your store's own data lifecycle. When you uninstall OneBlocks, our stored session data for your store is deleted automatically. We honor Shopify's GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with third parties. Our only infrastructure subprocessor is Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting).
